Can you install signs you didn't make?

Yes. We offer professional sign installation for signs fabricated by other companies. Just provide us with the sign dimensions, weight, and mounting requirements and we'll put together an installation quote.

Do you handle the full project from design to installation?

Yes — that's one of our key advantages. We handle graphic design, fabrication, and installation in-house, so you deal with one team from start to finish. No coordinating between a designer, a sign shop, and a separate installer.

How do I get a quote?

No. Our quotes are itemized and transparent. If anything changes during the project that affects the price, we'll let you know before proceeding. You won't receive a surprise invoice.

Do I need to provide artwork?

Not necessarily. If you have print-ready artwork (AI, EPS, PDF, or high-resolution PNG/JPG), we can work with that. If you don't have artwork or need help with your design, we offer graphic design services to create a sign layout from scratch or adapt your existing logo.

We prefer vector files: Adobe Illustrator (.ai), EPS, or PDF with outlined fonts. We also accept high-resolution raster files (300 DPI or higher) in JPG, PNG, or TIFF. Low-resolution files from websites or social media are generally not suitable for large-format printing.

Will I see a proof before production starts?

Yes, always. We send a digital proof for your approval before we begin fabrication. Production doesn't start until you've signed off on the design. This ensures the final sign matches your expectations.

Can you match my brand colours exactly?

We do our best to match your brand colours as closely as possible. For the most accurate colour matching, provide your Pantone (PMS) colour codes. We can also match from CMYK or RGB values, though slight variation is possible depending on the material and printing process.
